Countering loss of breathing gases from oil products is a difficult process, let alone solving this issue in an environmentally suitable way. Megastone Technologies Ltd has created a jet absorption gas cleaning systems that surpasses current membrane technology and adsorption to absorption process. Our jet absorption solution allows escaping gases to be captured by motive fluid.
This process is repeated until a final result of 99% hydrocarbon free air is reached, allowing for a near pollution free air expulsion process.
How it works
The air-vapour mixture is delivered to the jet device inlet (1) at which point it meets the
pumped gasoline arriving from the central pump (4),which works as a motive fluid. Carrying
the mixture to the separation unit, where further absorption by the motive fluid occurs, the
system then delivers the material the absorption unit where final hydrocarbon vapours are
removed from the mix. This leaves cooled gasoline and 99% hydrocarbon-free air.
